The Single Parent Project is a National Nonprofit organization created to provide Resources, Donations & Community Support tailored to the needs of Single Parents. Before they reach the age of 18, one of out of every two children in the United States will have lived in a single-parent home at some point in their lives. If you are a single parent, you know it can be overwhelming for both you and your children. We exist to help the drowning emerge, to help the strong become stronger. Our network is full of members with healthy, restored lives, and we are proud to have been to be there to help along the way. Queen for a Day was developed for any single mother, adoptive, or grandmother raising children on their own; no matter the circumstance we want to honor you. Join now to attend online or in person events. We create a safe non-judgmental space for parents to express themselves. Every week, parents and caregivers join our Zoom call to provide each other support and encouragement. Trained volunteers will facilitate this group. Parents can join at any time and are welcome to attend as many groups as they want. Usually there are between 6 and 16 parents in a group meeting.
